- Any product damage related issues must be brought to notice at least 7 days prior to the upcoming billing cycle

- Retailers and Distributors must provide with PDC Cheque

- No cash or product sample transactions must be materialised with the marketing executive

- In case any marketing executive is cross selling products(Other supplier/ other product), please bring it to our notice immediately
